   well we hope we can do our best we try and try. there is now plans to make a secound net on the same day same freq but at night. i might put a paper note and may try a vhf or uhf net as well but this will be put in the planning hat waiting for approval from me and nigel m3nlk and dug m3ywp.

5. Foundation Net on 80M

   Good luck guys with this venture, nice one.

   I chair the Foundation Net on GB3SR(2M) repeater every Saturday evening and has proved to be a great success with up to twenty joiners from Dorset to Kent, London and around this area.

   The format of our net is to encourage correct procedures and protocols via repeaters, simplex and HF. I set two questions each week from both the Intermediate and Advanced Sylabus and give the answers the following week. Answer any technical queries a new station may have and to promote the onward progession to the intermediate level.

   Have tried many times in the past to set up an HF Foundation Net but band conditions have made it impossible. Very best luck with your venture and we hope it goes from strength to strength.
